Package the products. Include a print copy of the email in the package. Ship the package to the address which our Customer Service Team provides you.
You can monitor the shipment with the tracking number provided by your carrier. Consider shipping insurance as you see fit.
You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For refunds: If you request a refund, you will be refunded the amount it was purchased for.
For exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship it via free 5-day shipping.
